TARGET

Research and identify new clients and business opportunities with companies, campaigns and organizations within the political or advocacy space.

1. Build relationships with key decision makers, provide accurate forecasting, and generate sales plans and strategies for prospective clients using your working knowledge of Ad Tech and the Digital ecosystem.

ACQUIRE

Articulate our capabilities and technology to prospective clients in a clear and concise manner. Ability to move prospects to customers, customers to clients, and clients to partners – and successfully close deals.

1. Collaborate with our Ad Engineers to develop sophisticated advertising and targeting plans for prospective clients.

2. Create and present compelling and creative solutions that meet and exceed client requirements.

3. Have the ability to hit revenue goals by acquiring new clients; as well as working with existing clients to uncover additional opportunities.

EXECUTE

Execute strategies to meet financial targets and drive new, incremental revenue opportunities.

1. In collaboration with the ad operations and account management team, provide client with expected deliverables by executing the agreed up strategic plan.

2. Provides stellar customer service with quick response times, deliverables, and a keen focus on relations development.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in proven direct sales success requiring the development of leads and prospects, setting up and conducting meetings and pitches, and closing new business while also expanding existing customers’ needs.

    • Working knowledge of DSPs: Google AdWords, Xandr, OneView/Roku, The TradeDesk, etc.

    • Working Knowledge of Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Rumble, etc .

  • Working knowledge of audience building and targeting with a multitude of different platforms, and to measure those results.

  • Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools as they pertain to ad campaigns.

    • Datorama, Funnel, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio

  • Familiarity with Gsuite.

  • Passion for sales and excitement to build a company fast-paced work environment.

  • Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a 

  • Adaptable to fast pace environment while growing a start-up
