Associate — Advertising & Competitive Intelligence
Techne is a Jacksonville-based digital advertising agency that does things the way they should be done. Real people, real strategy, real accountability. While everyone else is selling you a platform, we're building partnerships. We use AI to work smarter, but our clients work with us, and we're looking for someone who gets the difference.
TARGET
This role sits at the core of how we deliver for clients. You won't be managing a dashboard that runs itself. Instead, you'll be the expert our clients count on to build campaigns right, keep them on pace, and communicate what's actually happening. We use AI to handle the repetitive stuff so you can focus on the work that actually requires judgment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Platform experience — Hands-on with at least one major DSP (StackAdapt, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP) and at least one PPC platform (Meta, Google Ads, or X/Twitter). We'll train the gaps.
Interest in politics or public affairs — Preferred but not required. We work on high-stakes campaigns and the news cycle matters here. Timeliness is essential.
Location — Must be US-based. We are a remote-first company but most of our team is located in or near Jacksonville, FL. Being located in Jacksonville is a strong plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Execution — Build and launch digital ad campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Display, YouTube), X/Twitter, TikTok, and programmatic DSPs including IQM, StackAdapt, and The Trade Desk.
Pacing & Optimization — Monitor delivery daily, catch problems before clients do, and make adjustments to keep budgets and performance goals on track.
Client Reporting — Generate clear, concise weekly performance reports and handle client communication via email and calls as needed.
Administrative Support — Help keep internal operations organized as the team grows.
